DayCARE
On October 29, Hospilux S.A. had the pleasure of welcoming three interns as part of the DayCARE program, a great initiative that allows students to discover the corporate world for a day.
Our interns spent the day within the technical department, where they were able to explore the different aspects of our professions and the essential role this department plays in our activities.
We are proud to contribute to this initiative, which combines professional discovery and solidarity!

Shime
Cigarette butt recycling: Hospilux partners with Shime
Hospilux’s CSR commitment is nothing new, particularly when it comes to waste recycling.
As part of its CSR policy, Hospilux has taken another small step forward by partnering with Shime to collect and recycle cigarette butts from its smoking employees.
The next step will be to introduce incentives to support smoking cessation.
Hospilux obtains the “Sécher a Gesond mat System” label !
Hospilux S.A. is proud to announce that it has been awarded the “Sécher a Gesond mat System” label, an official recognition that highlights companies committed to long-term workplace safety and health.
Granted as part of the national VISION ZERO program, this label certifies the implementation of a structured and effective occupational risk prevention system, in compliance with the requirements defined by the Accident Insurance Association (AAA) and its institutional partners.

A responsible solution for waste management in healthcare
Hospilux is actively committed to a sustainable development approach and responsible waste management. Through our partnership with ValorLux, we provide a suitable solution for the collection and treatment of waste generated by healthcare activities.
Ambulanz Wonsch
For several years, Ambulanz Wonsch has been fulfilling the final wishes of patients at the end of life, enabling them : through specially equipped ambulances, specialized transport, and medical care to visit a beloved place, see their loved ones, or simply experience a moment of happiness despite their illness.
With the renewal of our partnership, Hospilux continues to support this valuable mission: maintenance of the ambulances, provision of equipment and uniforms, as well as the free supply of medical devices, so that every “wish” can be fulfilled under the best possible conditions.
We are proud to contribute to this humanitarian project, bringing hope and dignity to people at the end of life, and ensuring that their final moments can be experienced in comfort, respect, and dignity.

Hospilux supports academic excellence in nursing care
We are proud to announce the awarding of the Best Thesis Prize to Erna Agovic, a student in the Bachelor of Nursing Science (Pediatrics specialization) at the University of Luxembourg.
Through our commitment to healthcare professionals and future generations of caregivers, we are pleased to award this prize in the amount of €1,500.
Presented at the graduation ceremony on December 9, 2025, this prize recognizes an outstanding research project distinguished by:
✔️ remarkable methodological rigor
✔️ the relevance of the topic studied
✔️ the quality of the analysis
✔️ the originality of the proposed recommendations
It highlights the scientific commitment of students, as well as their ability to apply their knowledge to concrete clinical situations.

This morning was also a great opportunity to engage with participants about our vision and our CSR approach, which guides our actions on a daily basis.
